Sec. 11002.205. ASSESSMENTS; MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT POWERS

Except as provided by Section 11002.206, the district may levy and collect special assessments in the same manner and for the same purposes as a municipal management district as provided in Subchapter F, Chapter 375, Local Government Code.
