Sec. 6604.103. DISPOSAL OR LEASE OF DISTRICT PROPERTY

Latest version.

(a) The district may dispose of property or a property right that is not needed for a district purpose.
(b) The district may lease property or a property right for a purpose that does not interfere with the district's use of the property.
