Sec. 6905.168. RIGHTS-OF-WAY; EASEMENTS

The district has all necessary or useful rights-of-way and easements along, over, under, and across all public, state, municipal, and county roads, highways, and places for any of its purposes. The district shall restore a facility used to its previous condition as nearly as possible at the sole expense of the district.
