Sec. 6906.102. GENERAL POWERS REGARDING WATER

The district has all rights, powers, and privileges necessary or useful to enable it to acquire, provide, supply, deliver, and sell potable water for any beneficial purpose in its boundaries and vicinity and in Coryell and McLennan Counties.
