Sec. 6906.103. GENERAL POWERS REGARDING WASTE

(a) The district has all rights, powers, and privileges necessary or useful to enable it to collect, transport, dispose of, and control domestic, industrial, or communal wastes, whether in fluid, solid, or composite state, inside and outside its boundaries.
(b) The district may exercise any power granted by Chapter 30, Water Code, to a district created under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
