Sec. 6906.104. DISTRICT BYLAWS AND RULES

The district may adopt and enforce:
(1) bylaws and rules for the conduct of its affairs; and
(2) rules that a municipal utility district may adopt and enforce under Sections 54.205 et seq., Water Code.
