Sec. 6906.115. DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY

Subject to the terms of a resolution or deed of trust authorizing or securing bonds issued by the district, the district may sell, lease, rent, trade, or otherwise dispose of property under terms considered by the board to be consistent with district purposes.
