Sec. 7208.053. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS BY NEW MEMBER ENTITY

If the board issues an order under Section 7208.052(d) adding a member entity to the district, the governing body of the member entity shall appoint the appropriate number of directors to the board as provided by Section 7208.103.
