Sec. 7806.054. OFFICERS

Latest version.

(a) The board shall elect a president, a vice president, and a secretary-treasurer at the first board meeting after each directors' election.
(b) The secretary-treasurer:
(1) is the custodian of district records; and
(2) shall attest to all legal documents executed by the district.
(c) The board may employ an assistant secretary to act in the absence of the secretary.
