  • The board shall set the rates of compensation for services rendered by the authority so that the authority has enough money to pay the expenses of operating and maintaining the facilities of the authority, to pay bonds as they mature and the interest as it accrues, and to maintain the reserve and other funds as provided in the resolution authorizing the bonds or in the trust indenture.
