Sec. 8132.024. INITIAL ELECTED DIRECTORS; TERMS

The directors elected under Section 8132.023 shall draw lots to determine which two shall serve terms expiring June 1 following the first regularly scheduled election of directors under Section 8132.052 and which three shall serve until June 1 following the second regularly scheduled election of directors.
