Sec. 8150.254. BONDS PAYABLE FROM REVENUE FROM CERTAIN CONTRACTS

The district may issue bonds payable wholly or partly from the revenue of a contract authorized by Section 8150.103(b) to pay for the implementation of the reinvestment zone's project plan or reinvestment zone financing plan.
