Sec. 8183.001. DEFINITIONS

In this chapter:
(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 87, Sec. 21.072, eff. September 1, 2009.
(3) "Director" means a member of the board.
(4) "District" means the Delta County Municipal Utility District.
