Sec. 8189.107. COMPLIANCE WITH MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS

The original district and any new district created by the division of the district shall comply with all applicable requirements of any ordinance or resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Fort Worth that consents to the creation of the district.
