Sec. 8246.052. DIRECTOR'S BOND; TREASURER'S BOND

(a) Each director shall give bond in the amount of $1,000 for the faithful performance of the director's duties.
(b) The treasurer of the district shall give bond in the amount of $2,500 for the faithful performance of the treasurer's duties.
