Sec. 8246.103. CONTRACTS AND WARRANTS

The district may enter into contracts and issue warrants payable from current funds under the applicable provisions of Chapter 252, Local Government Code, that relate to a municipality with a population of less than 5,000, to the extent those provisions are not in conflict with this chapter.
