Sec. 8252.023. CONSENT OF MUNICIPALITY REQUIRED

The temporary directors of the district may not hold an election under Section 8252.024 until each municipality in whose corporate limits or extraterritorial jurisdiction the district is located, if any, has adopted a resolution consenting to the creation of the district.
