Sec. 8267.021. TEMPORARY DIRECTORS

Latest version.

(a) The temporary board consists of:
(1) Kent Puckett;
(2) Tammy Evans;
(3) Andy Taylor;
(4) Roy Knowles; and
(5) Keith Behrens.
(b) Temporary directors serve until the earlier of:
(1) the date initial directors are elected under Section 8267.023; or
(2) the date this subchapter expires under Section 8267.025.
