Sec. 8281.103. LIMITATION ON PROVIDING WATER TO CERTAIN USERS

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the district may not compete with the City of Mabank in providing water to household users unless the district receives permission from the Public Utility Commission of Texas, with the consent of that city.
