Sec. 8283.103. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS BY MUNICIPALITIES OTHER THAN HOME-RULE MUNICIPALITIES

Municipalities, other than home-rule municipalities, are collectively entitled to appoint one director and shall designate their director by any method agreed to by those municipalities.
