Sec. 8359.004. DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT REQUIRED

The temporary directors may not hold an election under Section 8359.003 until the City of Denison and the owners of the land to be covered by a development agreement that covers all or part of the land in the district enter into the development agreement under Chapter 212, Local Government Code.
