Sec. 8384.003. CONFIRMATION AND DIRECTORS' ELECTION REQUIRED

The temporary directors shall hold an election to confirm the creation of the district and to elect permanent directors as provided by Section 8384.051 of this code and Section 49.102, Water Code.
