Sec. 8801.104. AUTHORITY TO COMPEL TESTIMONY, ADMINISTER OATHS, AND ISSUE SUBPOENAS

  • If necessary to carry out its powers, duties, and functions under this chapter, the board may:

    (1) compel the testimony of a person;

    (2) administer an oath to a person compelled to testify before the board or a person designated by the board; and

    (3) issue a subpoena to compel the testimony of a person and the production of a document.
