Sec. 8805.106. ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY

Latest version.

The district may acquire land or other property necessary to carry out this chapter by:
(1) gift;
(2) grant;
(3) devise;
(4) lease;
(5) purchase; or
(6) condemnation.
