Sec. 8814.056. COMPOSITION OF BOARD FOLLOWING ANNEXATION OR CONSOLIDATION

If the district annexes territory or consolidates with another district, the board shall determine the composition of the board in a manner that is equitable for the residents of the district as provided by Chapter 36, Water Code.
