Sec. 8834.111. COOPERATION WITH GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES

In implementing this chapter, the board may request the assistance of and cooperate with a local government or an agency of this state or of the United States, including the Texas Water Development Board, the commission, and the United States Geological Survey.
