Sec. 9001.102. AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT WITH OWNERS OF REAL PROPERTY IN DISTRICT

The district may enter into a contract with an owner of real property in the district for the construction, acquisition, financing, ownership, maintenance, and operation of a work or project described by Section 9001.101(b).
