The Clear Creek Watershed Authority is a conservation and reclamation district created to control, store, preserve, and distribute storm and flood waters along Clear Creek and tributaries in Cooke, Denton, Montague, and Wise Counties, as authorized by Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
