Sec. 9011.102. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE

Latest version.

(a) A person may not be appointed a director unless the person resides in Bell County and owns taxable property in the district.
(b) A person may not serve as a director if the person is:
(1) a member of a governing body of a county or municipality; or
(2) an employee of a county or municipality.
