Sec. 9015.356. BONDS PAYABLE FROM AD VALOREM TAXES

The authority may issue bonds payable, as pledged by board resolution, from:
(1) ad valorem taxes imposed on taxable property in the authority; or
(2) ad valorem taxes and revenue of the authority.
