Sec. 224.123. AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT

The department by the authority of the governor may agree with appropriate departments of an adjoining state and the United States to implement this subchapter for the purpose of furnishing substantial bridges across this state's boundaries for the use of the traveling public without charge.
