Without reference to the amendment of this subsection, this section was repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1345, Sec. 99, eff. September 1, 2011.
(b) Procedures adopted under Subsection (a) may not materially conflict with the design-build procedures provided by Subchapter H, Chapter 2267, Government Code.
