Sec. 451.810. CONSTRUCTION WORK SUBCONTRACTED

(a) The authority may require that the selected facility provider publicly advertise for and receive bids or proposals from trade contractors or subcontractors for the construction of civil works components of the facility.
(b) The selected facility provider may submit a bid or proposal for the work described in Subsection (a) in the same manner as other trade contractors or subcontractors.
