Sec. 452.004. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF AUTHORITY CONSISTING OF ONE SUBREGION

The executive committee of an authority that consists of one subregion, other than an authority created by a contiguous municipality, is the board for the subregion and the members of the executive committee are selected in the manner prescribed for selection of the members of the board for that subregion.
