Sec. 452.301. IMPLEMENTATION OF SERVICE PLAN: CERTAIN AUTHORITIES

A subregional board created under Subchapter O that governs an authority consisting of one subregion shall implement the service plan as approved under Section 452.713 without change unless the change is made in the manner required by this subchapter.
