Sec. 452.706. CONDUCT OF HEARING

  • (a) The entity or entities creating an authority shall conduct the public hearings on the creation.

    (b) Any person may appear at a hearing and offer evidence on:

    (1) the creation and boundaries of the authority;

    (2) the operation of a public transportation system;

    (3) the public utility and public interest served in the creation of an authority; or

    (4) other facts bearing on the creation of an authority.

    (c) A hearing may be continued until completed.
