Sec. 521.295. NOTICE OF DEPARTMENT'S DETERMINATION

  • (a) If the department suspends a person's license under Section 521.292 or revokes a person's license under Section 521.294 or 521.2965, the department shall send a notice of suspension or revocation by first class mail to the person's address in the records of the department.

    (b) Notice is considered received on the fifth day after the date the notice is mailed.
