Sec. 601.169. REASONABLE PROBABILITY NOT ADMISSIBLE IN CIVIL SUIT

A determination under Section 601.154 or 601.157 that there is a reasonable probability that a judgment will be rendered against a person as a result of an accident may not be introduced in evidence in a suit for damages arising from that accident.
