Sec. 601.341. EVIDENCE OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY; TERMINATION OF PENALTY

Unless a person whose driver's license or vehicle registration has been suspended or revoked under this subchapter files and maintains evidence of financial responsibility with the department:
(1) the suspension or revocation may not be terminated;
(2) the driver's license or registration may not be renewed;
(3) a new driver's license may not be issued to the person; or
(4) a motor vehicle may not be registered in the name of the person.
