Sec. 645.003. ENFORCEMENT RULES

The department shall adopt rules that are consistent with federal law providing for administrative penalties and sanctions for a failure to register as required by the unified carrier registration system or single state registration system or for a violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter in the same manner as Subchapter F, Chapter 643.
