Sec. 162.234. ALTERATION OF DYE OR MARKER IN DYED DIESEL FUEL PROHIBITED

A person, with the intent to evade payment of tax, may not alter or attempt to alter the strength or composition of a dye or marker in dyed diesel fuel.
