Sec. 162.154. FILING OF ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT

Latest version.

(a) Articles of amendment shall be filed with the secretary of state in the same manner as the original articles of incorporation.
(b) The secretary of state shall charge and collect a fee of $25 for filing articles of amendment.
