Sec. 181.085. PROHIBITION ON LAND CONTRACT EXCLUDING ANOTHER TELEGRAPH UTILITY

A telegraph corporation may not contract with an owner of land for the right to construct and maintain a telegraph line over the land to the exclusion of the line of another telegraph corporation.
