Sec. 13.1325. ELECTRONIC COPIES OF RATE INFORMATION

On request, the state agency with jurisdiction over rates charged by water and sewer utilities shall provide, at a reasonable cost, electronic copies of all information provided to the agency under Sections 13.016, 13.043, and 13.187 to the extent that the information is available and is not confidential. Copies of all information provided to the agency shall be provided to the Office of Public Utility Counsel, on request, at no cost to the office.
