Sec. 13.417. CONTEMPT PROCEEDINGS

  • If any person or retail public utility fails to comply with any lawful order of the commission or with any subpoena or subpoena duces tecum or if any witness refuses to testify about any matter on which he may be lawfully interrogated, the commission may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction to compel obedience by proceedings for contempt.
