Sec. 17.015. FORM, DENOMINATION, PLACE OF PAYMENT

Latest version.

The board shall:
(1) determine the form of the bonds, including the form of any interest coupons to be attached;
(2) fix the denomination of the bonds; and
(3) fix the places of payment of the principal and interest.
