Sec. 17.085. SALE OF SECURITIES

  • All of the bonds and obligations owned in the interest and sinking fund, in the economically distressed areas interest and sinking fund, or in the development fund are defined as securities. The board may sell securities owned in the interest and sinking fund, in the economically distressed areas interest and sinking fund, or in any account in the development fund at the governing market price.
