Sec. 17.892. ENFORCEMENT BY MANDAMUS

Payment of the bonds and performance of official duties prescribed by Article III, Section 50-d, of the Texas Constitution and this subchapter may be enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction by mandamus or other appropriate proceedings.
