Sec. 26.137. COMMENT PERIOD FOR EDWARDS AQUIFER PROTECTION PLANS

The commission shall provide for a 30-day comment period in the review process for Edwards Aquifer Protection Plans in the Contributing Zone of the Edwards Aquifer as provided in 30 T.A.C. Section 213.4(a)(2).
