Sec. 5.1772. AFTER-HOURS RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS

  • (a) The commission shall adopt and implement a policy to provide timely response to complaints during periods outside regular business hours.

    (b) This section does not:

    (1) require availability of field inspectors for response 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in all parts of the state; or

    (2) authorize additional use of overtime.
